How long can I stay?
From one month up to the maximum each landlord allows, shown on every listing. Many homes accept open-ended stays.
Can I bring pets?
Many homes accept pets. Use the Pets allowed filter to see only those homes.
What lease do I sign?
The Ontario Standard Lease, signed online. After the first month it continues month to month, and you can leave with 60 days' written notice.
What do I pay up front?
First month's rent and a last month's rent deposit, plus a 4% renter service fee (plus HST). When you request a home the amount is held on your card, not charged, until your lease is signed.
