Can I rent for just my contract length?
Yes. Stays start at one month, and many landlords accept 13-week stays. The stay each landlord allows is shown on every listing.
What if my contract gets extended?
The lease continues month to month after the first month, so you simply stay. When you're ready to leave, give 60 days' written notice.
Do you accept a housing stipend?
Your rent is paid through your account by card or bank debit, so you can use your stipend however your agency pays it.
What do I pay up front?
First month's rent and a last month's rent deposit, plus a 4% renter service fee (plus HST). When you request a home the amount is held on your card, not charged, until your lease is signed.
