Will my insurance company pay the rent?
Most policies with additional living expense coverage reimburse you for rent. Keep the lease and payment receipts from your account to send to your adjuster.
How fast can I move in?
As soon as the landlord accepts, which is within 24 hours of your request. Many homes are available immediately.
Can I bring pets?

What lease do I sign?
The Ontario Standard Lease, signed online. After the first month it continues month to month, and you can leave with 60 days' written notice.
