Can I book before treatment dates are confirmed?
Yes. Pick the move-in date you expect, and message the landlord if your dates might shift.
Are homes accessible?
Each listing describes the building and entrance. Message the landlord to ask about steps, elevators and bathroom access.
What lease do I sign?
The Ontario Standard Lease, signed online. After the first month it continues month to month, and you can leave with 60 days' written notice.
What do I pay up front?
First month's rent and a last month's rent deposit, plus a 4% renter service fee (plus HST). When you request a home the amount is held on your card, not charged, until your lease is signed.
